Yes. Choose a word or phrase and write your reply. For example, "price" can send your price list. You can also ask people to follow you first. The bot replies to regular messages; story replies are excluded.

Choose 24 hours, 7 days or until paused. The timer starts when you turn the automation on. You can add 24 hours or restart it. Pausing does not extend the end time. Each person gets the reply at most once every 24 hours.

The bot sends a private message when someone comments your chosen word on a post. For example, "price" can trigger a reply with your price list. You write the reply and add your link. This saved reply rule is called an automation.

Yes. They share the same settings. If you started in Telegram, sign in on the website with the same Instagram account. Your automations will be there too.

It is off by default. You can turn it on for each automation. After a matching comment, the bot asks the person to follow you in a private message. They then tap the check button or reply with any text in the same chat. Following alone does not start the check. If they follow you, the bot sends your reply. If not, it asks them to try again. Public comment replies are sent without this check.

Instagram may hide follow-check buttons and link buttons in a browser. To check without a button, the person can follow your account and reply with any text in the same chat. When adding a link button, put the full address in the message too. People can then see the link even if the button is missing.

Someone comments "notes" on one video and "price" on another. Both replies require them to follow your account. They follow you, then tap the check button or reply in the same chat once. After confirmation, they receive both messages. Messages already sent are not repeated. If you pause or archive an automation before the check, its waiting reply will not be sent.

If a technical error prevents the check, the bot sends your reply when sending is available. The person's following status remains unconfirmed. If the check works and they do not follow you, the bot asks them to follow and try again.

Choose a post or video. In the Comment step, enter a word or phrase, such as "price". With "Matches entire comment", the bot replies only to "price". With "Comment contains the text", it also replies to comments such as "What is the price?".

Open Messages in your dashboard. Each entry shows the time, result, automation's word and Instagram account. Filter by sent, failed or skipped messages. Choose Load more to see older entries.

Check that the automation is active. Then open Settings to check your Instagram connection and monthly usage. Reconnect Instagram if needed. Once the private-message limit is reached, the bot stops sending new private messages. Processed comments have a separate limit.
