What the bot does, what you can send and how to get started.
Can I reply to private messages automatically?
Yes. Choose a word or phrase and write your reply. For example, "price" can send your price list. You can also ask people to follow you first. The bot replies to regular messages; story replies are excluded.
How long does the bot reply to messages?
Choose 24 hours, 7 days or until paused. The timer starts when you turn the automation on. You can add 24 hours or restart it. Pausing does not extend the end time. Each person gets the reply at most once every 24 hours.
What does Insta DM Bot do?
The bot sends a private message when someone comments your chosen word on a post. For example, "price" can trigger a reply with your price list. You write the reply and add your link. This saved reply rule is called an automation.
Which Instagram account can I connect?
A professional account for a business or creator. You can switch from a personal account for free in Instagram settings. Access depends on Instagram's permissions.
Can I use my own messages and links?
Yes. Add your text and a link, such as a price list or booking page. Each post can have its own reply: a private message, a public comment or both.
Do people have to follow my account?
No. You can turn on a follow check for each post. The bot then asks the person to follow you. They tap the check button or reply in the same chat so the bot can check and send your message.
Where do I set up replies and check results?
In your dashboard on the website or in the Telegram bot. The dashboard shows sent messages, monthly usage and errors. If you started in Telegram, sign in on the website with the same Instagram account to see your automations.
How much does the bot cost?
The free plan includes all core features, up to 10,000 private messages and up to 10,000 comments per month per Instagram account. No credit card needed. The first 100 users get higher limits, free forever. Pro is not available yet.
